Payment for support services are month to month, however service contracts are one year minimum. IT alignment takes place over a 3 month to 1 year cycle (depending on various factors), and the only way to observe value from structured IT management is to commit to the process. 24×7 remote support is available in the Essential and Premium plans. Should you require this level of service, the option is simply bolted to your service agreement.
